Why choose High Definition Lenses?
This new technology enlarges the effective area of optimal acuity.
Progressive high definition lenses, unlike most lenses, are polished with computer controlled precision, on the inner surface.
HD Lenses achieve never before possible clarity
Even if gazing upward, downward, or side to side.Wearers of these lenses report diminished neck, shoulder and back pain, as they no longer "aim" their heads nearly as much. See the world with optimal acuity in a larger field of view, vertically and horizontally.
High Definition lenses reduce distortion by up to 20% and will increase your field of vision by up to30%compared to conventional progressive lenses.

Will my vision insurance pay for this?
In addition to taking HSA, Flex Cards and Benny plans, Bikers RX is an open access provider (out of network) for many insurance plans. We will provide a receipt to you so you can file with your insurance company for reimbursement. Typically, you will get more “bang for your buck” by using your insurance to pay for your regular, everyday glasses, but if you don’t need new glasses, or plan to use your riding glasses day to day (like hundreds of our customers), you may as well get some money back! Just let us know you need a receipt to provide to your health insurance provider and we will email you a copy right away.
We also provide financing! A small deposit guarantees your price will remain the same. Once you have paid half of the balance, we will go ahead and make them, and they will remain on "lay away" until they are paid off. We are very happy to work with you on a payment plan, and it does not have to be structured.
What is the warranty?
Warranty: TD2 lenses have a 1 year,1 time scratch warranty with the original Rx. If you purchased the optional frame warranty, we will replace your broken frame anytime during the warranty period. You only pay shipping charges. Prescription lenses cannot be reused, so they are not 100% refundable. If your lenses do not match the prescription you gave us, we will make corrected lenses at no charge, provided you notify us in writing of the issue within 30 days of receipt. If you simply do not like your glasses, return them to us in new, unused condition within 30 days & we will refund 50% of the lens purchase price & 100% of the purchase price of the frame, minus a $20 restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Progressive lenses have a 2 month non-adapt policy & we will replace them with single vision or lined bifocal lenses at no additional charge if you notify us in writing within 30 days that you are having issues. SEND ALL WARRANTY REQUESTS TO SERVICE@BIKERSRX.COM.
How do I know if the frame will fit my face?
Unless you’ve already tried it on, you don’t! That’s why we have our try before buy program. We help you pick out the frames most likely to fit you and then ship them right to your door! You pay a $60/per frame, fully refundable deposit. We pay the cost to ship them to you, then you pay to ship them back. If you find a pair you like, give us a call and we will start production of your order that day! Otherwise, ship them back and we will refund your deposit in full once we receive them. It’s fast, simple, and results in happy customers!
I have a frame that needs new lenses. Can you put new lenses in my frame?
Certainly, if it is Rx-able and in reasonably good condition. There is a $20 lab tracing fee. To order this service online, click here.
What is PD?
Your PD (Pupil Distance) is the distance between your pupils in millimeters. This measurement can be obtained by calling the last place that made you a pair of eye wear. If they don’t have it, or are unwilling to give it to you, this is something you can also measure for yourself! We include the tools to do it with our “Try before Buy” program.
How long will it take for me to get my glasses?
Typically you will receive your glasses within 2 weeks after we receive your prescription and frame selection. If you ordered specialty coatings such as anti-fog, it will likely take longer. In any case, our shipping program will email you a tracking number once they are headed your way. In a hurry? Let us know and we will put a rush on them!
